The Learner History tab in Learner Manager displays the history of CDR data changes for learner(s), so that you can see how the data has changed over time and, if required, adjust the dates that changes are applicable from.

The fields in the Learner History grid are described in the following table.

This field Holds this information...
Person Code

The person code.

Note: This is only populated if a field is changed in the PEOPLE table.

Column Name The name of the edited column.
Created Date

The time and date that the record changed.

New Value The new value.
Old Value The previous value.
Id A sequential number assigned to the record for each change.
People CDR Id

A sequential number assigned which may, if required, be used for uniquely identifying a record.

Note: This is currently unused but is intended for possible future use.

Transaction Id A sequential number assigned to the record for each save.
Created By The user who created the record.
Updated Date

The date the data was updated.

Updated By

The user who updated the data.

Effective From

When the change is to be effective from. This is the only editable field.
